Uptown Diva Salon Studio – Product Return Policy
1. Eligibility & Timeframe

All salon-purchased retail products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unused condition with seals and packaging intact.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted after the 14-day period.
2. Condition Requirements

Products must be unopened, unused, clean, and in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to deny returns for items that show signs of use, damage, or do not include all original components.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Approach us in-salon or contact Uptown Diva at (904) 233‑5471 within the 14-day window to start the process.

You’ll need to bring or send the original receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Refunds & Store Credit

In‑salon credit or an exchange is offered for qualifying returns.

Refunds to the original payment method are available only at the manager’s discretion.
5. Shipping Returns

Returns by mail are not available—all product returns or exchanges must be done in salon.
6. Non‑returnable Items

Opened or used products, including hair care bottles and sealed items; sale or clearance items; and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
7. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product is received damaged or defective, contact us immediately upon discovery, ideally within 14 days. We will assess and, if validated, offer a repair, replacement, or credit.
8. Additional Conditions

Shipping charges on sold-and-shipped products are non-refundable.

Store credit is valid for 12 months from issuance.
