Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Please thoroughly read this policy. Changes can be made at any time
to this
policy at the discretion of Uptown Diva Salon Studio LLC.


Appointments are accepted by appointment only and require a credit/debit card to hold appointments.

All appointments require a 24 hour or more advanced notice for cancellations or reschedule. Any appointment that is not canceled or rescheduled prior to the cancellation policy will be assessed a fee. Appointments must be canceled 24 hours (48 hrs in advance on services over $150 and appointments that require more than 4 hrs need to be canceled 7 days in advance) prior to your appointment time or the cost of the service fee will be assessed.

Also, if an appointment is canceled more than 2 times a deposit will be required to rebook.

No show cancellations are bound by this policy as well.

Example: If you have an appointment scheduled for July 5 at 1pm for a silk press with deep conditioning, you will receive a notification on July 3rd at approximately 12pm. You will be notified that you will need to cancel or reschedule before 1pm to avoid the cancellation fee, which is the cost of the service scheduled. Once the appointment has been confirmed, you will not be able to change, cancel or reschedule without paying the required fee. The card on file will be charged. If the fee is not paid or refused, no appointments will be allowed to be scheduled with Uptown Diva Salon Studio LLC and its affiliates until the fee is paid and future appointments will require a deposit.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. When scheduling an appointment with Uptown Diva Salon Studio llc, you agree to the policy stated above.
